This multi-purpose arc spray device is suitable for coating processes to protect large and large surfaces from corrosion. Metal-steel wires, cored wires, zinc or aluminum wires for every need are installed in a few minutes and sprayed to the desired location.

Machine Features: Ideal coating device used for galvanizing materials that cannot be coated by the Hot Dip method. It offers fast and economical solutions for coating large-size materials or closed pressure materials. Since the coating surface is rough, it is suitable for paint applications. It is possible to obtain coating thickness from 50 microns to 1000 microns. Coated surfaces provide nearly 40 years of protection depending on the conditions of finding the material.
